Who we are
Adrian ISO Solutions Ltd (company no. 17204112, registered office 84 Islwyn Road, Wattsville, Newport, NP11 7QJ) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in the course of our business. You can contact us about privacy at admin@adrianisosolutionsltd.com.
What we collect
- Enquiries: when you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address and any company name, phone number and message you provide.
- Client work: contact details of client staff and information needed to deliver audits, consultancy and training.
- Technical data: our web server keeps standard logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
How and why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide quotations — based on our legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- To deliver services we have agreed with you — based on contract.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — based on legal obligation.
- To keep this website and our systems secure — based on legitimate interests.
We do not sell your information or use it for unsolicited marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us operate (for example our web and email hosting provider and professional advisers), under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms, or where the law requires it. Your data is stored in the UK or EEA.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the work and for up to 6 years afterwards to meet legal and accounting requirements. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email admin@adrianisosolutionsltd.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. The only third-party resource it loads is Google Fonts, used to display our typefaces; Google receives your IP address when fonts are loaded. If we add analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.
